The Warm and Well service offered by Changeworks helps people in Edinburgh, Midlothian and East Lothian whose housing may be affecting their health by making their homes as warm and energy efficient as possible. Anyone who is vulnerable due to ill health or disability as well as the very young and very old, can benefit from this FREE service.
